  The lady was really nice and really tried her best to get us good pictures. However, the baby was not cooperating and there was a $25 charge to go back and try again (which is stated in their policies) but it sucks to pay $100 and not get what you went in for. The wait was a little disappointing as well. We made an appointment for 5:30 but didnt go in until 6:05pm. I guess your experience will mostly be based on whether baby is cooperating or not.
